NOTE：

troubleshooting

  1. Please note that you cannot connect with 5.0G WIFI.
  2. Make sure the router is in AP mode. Please change from AP mode to normal mode and try again (difference between RT mode and AP mode: http://qa.elecom.co.jp/faq_detail.html?id=4949).
  3. Please set the WIFI password to a simple one with only letters and numbers. Please restart your router and try again.
    Install it near the router so that there are no obstacles.
  4. As a measure against power outages, this product can use batteries, but it cannot maintain the connection with WIFI. In the event of a power outage, you will be temporarily unable to use the app.
  5. This product can be used simultaneously with up to 8 mobile phones. For the second and subsequent mobile phones, open the app and register with the same account. No need to connect again.

接続の前にご注意いただきたい点：
  • 5.0GのWIFIでは接続できないので、ご了承ください。
  • ルーターはAPモードでいるかと確認してください。APモードから普通モードに変えてからまたお試しください（RTモードとAPモードの違い：http://qa.elecom.co.jp/faq_detail.html?id=4949）。
  • WIFIのパスワードをアルファベットと数字だけ簡単なものに設定してください。ルーターを再起動してまたお試しください。
  • 障害物のないように、ルーターの近くで設置してください。
  • 停電対策として、当製品は電池使用可能となっておりますが、WIFIとの接続を維持することは出来ません。停電の際は、アプリの使用が一時的にできなくなります。
  • 当製品最大8台の携帯で同時使用できます。二台目以降の携帯ではアプリを開き、同一アカウントで登録してください。再度接続操作する必要はありません。
  • セットボタンを長押しし、提示音が鳴ると、リセットされます。接続も切れます。
